Half Sylvia Day/half E.L. James, R.K. Lilley is rougher than Fifty Shades but thankfully less emotionally strung than Crossfire series. There were parts which I approved and there were parts which I had to roll my eyes at. Bianca was not a bad character, and I admired that she admitted that she was a submissive and wanted to explore her sexuality. At the same time the token best gay friend who just had to roll with everything James was dishing out was really getting to me. What I have to admit is that this was scorching hot and I couldn't stop until I finished the last book in the series.
